What is The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pricing Manager to lead our pricing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our pricing strategies, enhancing profitability, and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic, tactical, and operational pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to closely monitor cost fluctuations and market trends.
• Analyze price change requests, assessing margin impact, potential volume increase, and competitive pricing.
• Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns, optimizing pricing, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop compelling pricing proposals for new products and services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor pricing strategies.
• Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to make informed pricing decisions.
• Continuously explore and implement pricing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pricing management role within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
