Join Our Dynamic Market Transformation Team
We are looking for an Initiative Manager to join our growing Market Transformation team. This role will report to the Senior Manager Market Deployment. The Market Transformation team is responsible for scoping, designing, and implementing a portfolio of emerging technology initiatives, to accelerate the adoption of new energy efficient technologies in Minnesota.As an Initiative Manager for Luminaire Level Lighting Controls (LLLCs) you will be responsible for coordinating the initiative strategy with our internal team and external partners and overseeing market interventions to increase technology adoption. This initiative is a key part of the electric savings portfolio, and will be responsible for implementing communications, technology training and other market intervention strategies in partnership with other team members, subcontractors and other market partners.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a driven person that is motivated by our mission to discover and deploy the most effective strategies for reduction of energy and carbon emissions. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and adaptive in their approach to work and have experience with commercial lighting technologies, the lighting supply chain and energy efficiency.
