Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Location(s): Seattle, WA

• This role will plan and execute employee engagement programs and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives that interface with our global employee base.
• You will work cross-functionally with Senior Leadership, PXT (HR), IXT, employee affinity groups, and the employee engagement committee.
• You own end-to-end planning - from ideation to execution - and track data to improve next time.

• This individual will need to collaborate effectively with team members from across the program and our business partners to solve problems, continuously improve our mechanisms, and deliver successfully against high standards.
• This is a hands-on position.
• The role is responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• This role will report to the Sr. Manager of HR.
