Associate, Digital Traffic Group:
Responsibilities

  • QA display and video assets for all upcoming digital campaigns for theatrical and home entertainment releases
  • Create and manage tickets for UM Ad Operations to traffic assets for digital campaigns
  • Traffic and update digital assets for publishers such as Spotify, Amazon, Samsung
  • Coordinate and create asset file names according to established taxonomy by movie studio account media team
  • Deliver video and custom display assets to various publishers for activation
  • Pull Google Campaign Manager reports to ensure accurate delivery and activation of digital placements
  • Communicate with movie studio account theatrical creative team for approval of custom test links and mocks
  • Create Weekly Launch Statuses for all theatrical campaigns to inform movie studio account creative team of needed display and video assets
  • Update weekly internal production calendar to help team stay organized and set for launches

  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication competency
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, making and meeting deadlines
  • Possesses strong analytical and solutions-based skills
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong comprehension of TV media landscape preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital assets and DCM are a plus
  • Experience in media Planning or Investment (both Planning & Investment a plus)
  • Strong Excel experience, using Excel for data compilation, analysis, visualization, automation
  • Knowledge of other tools - e.g. Sharepoint
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Possess sound written, oral, and organizational skills
  • UM does not require candidates to have a college degree

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
