Enables Departments and Cross-Functional teams to successfully perform their roles. Ensures initiatives support the achievement of the broader HDMA/NA objectives. The Business Planning role will promote the strategic intentions of RO business plan directives, interpret, and provide guidance to Plant Leadership to ensure the plant activities align and support the achievement of the organization's objectives. Key Accountabilities * Lead the Plant's mid-term strategy and business plan development.
