Join Our Spiro*Verse THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US. Spiro is hiring a Director of Business Development to join our Sales team. The Director of Business Development partners with the Sales Department, delivering best-in-class service. The Director of Business Development collaborates with other team members to deliver best-in-class service. The Director of Business Development is a self-motivated "people connector" who thrives on establishing relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and proactively looking for ways to offer smart, unique, and innovative solutions to brands and companies. This position will support and be part of the North American New Business Development team in expanding growth for Spiro across B-2-B and B-2-C activations across multiple mediums (virtual, hybrid, and in-person). In this role, the individual will actively prospect new clients/logos through diversified prospecting techniques, leveraging insights from our Spiro client work, the latest trends reports, and thought leadership content. We look for this individual to leverage their networking skills, outgoing nature, curiosity and any existing relationships to secure new clients and build business through industry expertise and consistently connecting with others in the business world.
