Job Title: Network Real Estate Project Coordinator

Location(s): West Nyack, NY

Job Description:

* Assist the Real Estate Project Managers with tasks.

* Real Estate document processing/administration.

* Review vendor invoicing.

* Create purchase orders.

* Program Reporting - create/maintain/manipulate customized reporting/dashboards within company data base.

* Monitor and maintain integrity of forecast dates for project completion.

* Follow up with teams on deliverables.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

* A degree or two or more years of work experience.

* Proven ability to work well independently and under pressure.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.

* Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.).

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

* 1-3 years experience in administration/project management.

DESIRED SKILLS:

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform various functions within the application such as V-Lookup, and Pivot tables.

* Experience in the wireless industry.

* NY Notary
