From internal controls to processes to accounting transactionsand everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks.

Your role.

As you venture into figuring out the major business drivers, we'll give you the flexibility to integrate people issues with business strategies. You'll be instrumental in serving our clients through services that have a direct impact on our client's overall business. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Evaluating reported financial statements for compliance with GAAP and developing standardized daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages (including KPIs and trend analysis)
  • Developing and assisting with internal/external liquidity management reporting requirements
  • Development of accounting and finance tools/templates for use on future client engagements
  • Collaborating with other consultants and clients for continuous improvement recommendations
  • Helping consulting teams implement GAAP standards at clients (e.g. ASC606, ASC842, ASC805, cash to GAAP conversion)

The qualifications.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minor in accounting.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
  • Preferred: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Excel

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows:

$36.00 to $36.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
