Job Title: Engineer-System Performance

Location(s): Walnut Creek, CA

• Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
• The engineer will be primarily responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of the network for new C band turn-ups.
• This will require looking at the capacity and performance of the new C band turn-up for 4G/5G mobility and Home devices.
• This role requires analyzing reports to identify sites having poor performance for Home devices, troubleshooting the root cause and optimizing the site for both coverage and capacity to improve 5G Home experience.
• You will look at reports related to Quality of Experience Scores for the network, Customer and FWA and recommend ways to improve these scores by analyzing our network performance and capacity trends.
• You will also look at how to analyze the impact of new C band turn-ups on these scores and work with the market engineer to optimize the cluster including the new C band turn-up in their markets.
