Quality Specialist -Maintenance "W-TRS" Orlando FL Hybrid/Remote

V2X is looking for a highly motivated, detail - orientated individual to be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to maintenance operations and asset performance on the W-TRS effort. This role involves creating reports, performance summaries, and trend analysis that help improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and reduce critical downtime. This role will work closely with the W-TRS Program Management Office and Field Maintenance teams to ensure reliable data is captured to enable data-driven decision making and improve preventative and predictive maintenance processes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide Analytical Support to W-TRS Maintenance Management
* Monitor Work Order activities within the Maximo Maintenance System, highlight trends, areas of concern, and opportunities to W-TRS Maintenance Management
* Develop reports, data analysis, and work order activity summaries to be readily available for download by the field
* Familiarize with field maintenance and training operation processes. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure data collection is in alignment with field operations
* Provide telephonic assistance to field personnel as it pertains to operation of the Maximo Maintenance System, correct or restore records to ensure data quality compliance, and provide on-site or remote onboarding or remedial training to field personel.
* Conduct periodic internal data quality assessments of various areas in the maintenance and provide findings to W-TRS Maintenance Managment personnel.
* Track and monitor device performance and utilization. Provide insight in regards to continuous improvement
* Prepares detailed reports that outline the findings and provides feedback and recommendations for corrective actions to the maintenance team or management
* Works with maintenance teams to implement changes that enhance the quality and reliability of the service or product
* Conducts thorough inspections and verifications of maintenance work done on equipment, systems, or processes. Checks against predefined standards and specifications to ensure compliance.
* Incorporate Logistics and Sustainment activities into data analysis

Required Skills:

* Ability to utilize data tools to rapidly ingest and analyze large amounts of data in various formats
* High-level proficiency in MS Office Tools Suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio
* Ability to summarize and present data results to personnel outside the Maintenance functional area
* Familiarity with maintenance processes in a field services environment
* Ability to instruct and provide corrective actions to user-error type issues within the Maximo system
* Is able to work independently with little to no supervision

Desired Skills:

* Experience working within the Maximo Maintenance Management Information System
* Familiarity with Operations, Maintenance, and/or Logsitics activities in the Army Warfighter training environment
* Experience working within a relational database to extract data utilizing user-developed SQL queries

Education / Experience:

* Bachelors degree
* 2 Years working in a Maintenance, Supply Chain, or Quality Assurance environment
* 6-8 years experience in lieu of degree

Travel Required:

Moderate 20% or less
