Position Summary

The Website Analytics Team in the Platform & Intelligence Practice is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our Agency and clients' analytic foundation design and implementation including data strategy, audience strategy, MarTech integration, insights, analytics, and actionable insights. We work with a variety of data sources, technology partners and advanced data/analytics platforms to continuously evolve the Agency and clients' analytic maturity.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and oversee website analytics team members, both on and offshore, day-to-day projects and tasks, bandwidth, skill development, objective setting and achievement
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources.
  • Grow best in class analytic foundations in GA4, Adobe Analytics, or other platforms in both hands on and leader capacities
  • Develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting business initiatives and strategies.
  • Examine audience behavior to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for content improvement.
  • Work with clients, our agency leaders, and analytics leaders to understand, assess, and clarify client needs (stated and unstated) related to business and media goals and objectives, as well as audience insights, analytics, creation, curation, and activation
  • Work collaboratively across departments to align content strategies with analytical findings.
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards that simplify complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Design and develop analytic foundations that include granular tracking, as well as the taxonomy that supports the measurement strategy.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team.
  • Evaluate and implement analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business questions and analytics initiatives.
  • Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to communicate key performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics projects.
  • Demonstrate the value of the solutions in driving growth for our client, adjusting the solutions as needed
  • Identify opportunities and define scope for new business, and ability to roadmap growth through analytic maturity and MarTech platforms
  • Ability to work as a part of a team, independently, or from a remote environment


Desired Skills and Experience

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
  • Analytic certifications a plus


Work Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience leading analytic resources and working in conjunction with other agencies on a client account
  • 4+ years of experience of analytical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in audience and platforms, i.e. a tag implementation understanding with various platform solutions, web analytics, and audience segmentation that spans across media channels
  • Demonstrated success leading work with multi-location multi-functional team


Skills:



  • Comprehensive knowledge in online metrics and analysis; specific work with various reporting tools, including web analytics, log level analytics etc.
  • Advanced experience in GA4 and Adobe analytics, with knowledge in other platforms a plus
  • Knowledge in the marketing cloud solutions space; working knowledge of CDP and DMP implementation and value proposition
  • Proficient with data interpretation/visualization, i.e. excel (complex formulas), PowerPoint, Tableau, CrazyEgg etc.
  • Exemplary business judgment as well as problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven record of leadership and innovation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable
  • Advanced deck building and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience in A/B Testing and experimentation a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
