Position Summary

We are seeking a Vice President, Pitch Management & Program Execution, to strategically lead our pitch coordination and program management efforts in New York. This role is crucial for integrating product families into client-focused initiatives and maintaining effective communication between KINESSO and Mediabrands agencies. The successful candidate will ensure that pitches and related program activities are executed with excellence and align with our strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of pitches, ensuring alignment with KINESSO's overall business objectives and client needs.
  • Manage program-related tasks such as coordinating pitch presentations, platform demonstrations, and RFI (Request for Information) responses.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact between KINESSO teams and Mediabrands agencies, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Oversee project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in pitch and program management.
  • Mentor and lead a team, promoting an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Monitor project and program metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or program management, with a significant focus on pitches and strategic presentations within a technology or marketing firm.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and technology sectors, with a keen ability to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
