Description
The Statewide Director will develop, implement, manage and evaluate various LSSMN programs, services and staff across various locations. This position includes budget planning and management; program management, policy and procedure development; administrative oversight of programs and services; involvement in strategic planning, business development, quality program management, community relationship management; and significant collaboration with other Statewide Directors, as well as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health. The Statewide Director is expected to be a licensed mental health clinician (i.e. LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) and willing to maintain a small caseload of clients as part of the role.
