The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for overseeing, processing and resolving all consumer returns. It requires expert knowledge of Fisher-Price and Mattel brands to support Global Consumer Services.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Sort, open and evaluate all domestic returned products and confirm data in the Salesforce systems. Ensure consistency and accuracy in case coding and reports. Identify any service-related quality issues. Address and communicate these issues within the established guidelines.
  • Work with cross functional teams to evaluate returned products and retain for future evaluations. This may include moving to designated areas or shipping to other locations for evaluations.
  • Keep accurate data and attend product, systems and procedure trainings.
  • Move boxes and pallets to locations for storage.
  • Collaborate with Brand Analysts, Parts Procurement and Risk Management to ensure cases are coded correctly and evaluations are being reported to the appropriate teams.
  • Train and mentor temporary staff during peak seasons.

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's Degree or higher, preferred.
  • 2-3 years working with returned products and cross functional teams to report quality issues.
  • Strong Fisher-Price and Mattel products, preferred.
  • Speed, accuracy and act decisively with a strong sense of urgency. Self-motivated, high energy and a strong work ethic.
  • Communications skills (both written and verbal) to communicate clearly and with impact, using correct communication formats.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detailed oriented and experience with CATS, Salesforce, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to use a hand pallet jack and lift packages up to 30 pounds.
  • Forklift trained a plus.
  • Demonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The base hourly rate for this position is between$18.75 and $23.50.

**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
