*Description:*
These positions involve navigating through multiple computer screens/programs to investigate and verify Dental Insurance coverage and data entry of pertinent claims information. * Input required claim information into system for payment, according to established guidelines. * Contact internal resources to resolve errors and contact providers for missing information. * Process electronic claims (EMC). * Work all reports (subsequents, 1094, 1095, 1096). * Informs examiner and/or technician of data entry problems or unusual claims. * Complete specific errored claims according to specific procedures. * Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. * Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. * Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. *Skills:* * Medical claims processing * Claims * Data entry * Microsoft office * Epic * Hospital billing * Dental claims *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Familiar with utilizing a computer - computer literacy is a *MUST*.
