Join Our Team: ISP Technician About Us: We provide innovative solutions that empower 1,500 electric and telephone members to bring the advantages of today's evolving technology to rural America. Our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of rural utilities and their customers, including integrated smart grid solutions, advanced metering networks, next-generation energy, grid intelligence, broadband, managed services, mobile, and video. As a dynamic and growing cooperative with over 800 employees across eight office locations, we are dedicated to supporting our rural cooperative members through a consultative approach. Role: ISP Technician Location: Preferably local to Cedar Rapids, IA; Huntsville, AL; or Raleigh, NC. Remote candidates will also be considered. Training: 5 weeks, 100% remote. Local candidates will pick up equipment; remote candidates will receive it by mail. Shifts: Mix of first and second shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities: * Provide 24x7x365 customer support for ISP partners. * Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails. * Troubleshoot and resolve voice, data, video, and connectivity issues. * Upsell products and services. * Track and record calls. Skills Required: * Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 7. * Experience in call center support and troubleshooting. Additional Qualifications: * Local candidates preferred, but remote candidates will be considered. * Training attendance is critical; missing more than one day can lead to program drop. * Strict attendance policy for the first 30 days.
