TEKsystems is looking to hire an Initial Closing Disclosure Specialist to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest! If you have 3+ years of closing disclosure experience and are looking to get your foot in the door at a great company - apply today! * Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour * Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) * Hybrid: office located in Gahanna, OH (3 days in office/2 days remote) Job Description: * Responsible for initiating the initial closing disclosure once processing has collected all the necessary data points for the disclosure to be launched * This is a very checklist driven task and the area works off tight turn around times (expectation is to produce 5-8 initial disclosures/day) * A Closing Disclosure is a five-page form that provides final details about the mortgage loan the borrower has selected (loan terms, monthly payments, closing costs, etc.) Additional Skills & Qualifications: * 2-3+ years of mortgage/closing disclosure experience * Familiarity with closing documents * High attention to detail * Comfortable working in an area with production monitoring * Ability to work in-office 3 days/week About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
