Description: We are seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner to build and improve site-wide capabilities, involving both internal and external digital technologies, data, and integration platforms. A key focus of this role is helping plan and organize virtual events. For example, you could drive new capabilities and experiences across Federated Services like Site Navigation, Authentication, Notification, CI/CD onboarding, and other site-wide capabilities. You will regularly interface with internal business stakeholders, other product managers, program managers, engineering, web production, experience design teams, and third-party vendors. This is an exciting role where you'll be able to drive and deliver highly valuable and visible results that significantly impact many of our customers and prospects. Responsibilities: * Small group for online event experiences (end-to-end for flagship events: max and summit). * Events team (programming of events/content), studio (manages UX/design - copywriting included), global offering team (take content and translate to pages). * PDM responsible for intricacy of experience, technical stack, new features for the experience, and working with other cross-functional teams (sponsor, registration, leadership/executive presentation, martech/testing, analytics). * Needs: generalist and chameleon (adapt on the fly and work with multiple teams at once). * Pivot between topics and teams easily. * Virtual events would be great, but web products (creating and managing websites, functionality of features, KPIs, etc.). * Virtual events, webinars/CRM tools for lead generation, etc. * Currently developing smaller events as well (meet & greet landing page, webinar experience). * Personalization aspect or managing backlog. * Jira ticketing systems for requests (UX team request example). * Years of experience: not junior, but at least 2-3 years. * Home page is complex, so they usually covers that, but some turn-key year to year (FAQ, global navigation, mailing list, etc.). Gap: * Challenging stakeholders (requirements change quickly, so need someone who can manage ambiguity). * How do you get to the point of execution (be proactive with recommendations).
