- Executes activities to realize the Digital Manufacturing strategy within the business (internal and external supply chain).
- This will include fixing, improving, or transforming current and future digital capability in line with the Systems of Record, Differentiation and Innovation framework, and corporate roadmaps/architecture to deliver transformative Manufacturing capability.
- Ensure the business and people are ready for the process change the systems will introduce.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are in full compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm program.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes can achieve and sustain the design intent and be responsible for mitigating process deviation.
- Operate a culture of zero defects within the organization.
- Works with all functions to reduce risk and drive the product Right the First Time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company, legislative, and technical policies and standards, including RRMS, SABRE, export Control, and Intellectual Property requirements.
- Identify and develop opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies to meet current or future requirements.
- Plan and manage activities, including schedule, resources, and costs, gain buy-off, and communicate current status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure issues and risks are resolved to meet project timescales.
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, or methods of manufacture that are capable of meeting and continuing to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate, and lead time.
- Capture, analyze, and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes' current and future capability.
- Deploy and implement standardized digital manufacturing processes and technologies working across the commodity and production lifecycle with design and operations functions to ensure business readiness regarding people and process change to maximize business benefits.
- Work with interfacing teams and local experts to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes and digital systems are understood and accounted for as necessary.
- Identify, document, and share best practices.
- Capture and utilize lessons learned.
- Responsible for self-development to meet the necessary competencies for the role.
- Provides coaching and technical support to others within their area of competence.
- Operate beneficial relationships with partners and suppliers to enable the delivery of their objectives.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 4 years experience deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a Production environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business.
- General awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to a production environment.
- Knowledge of Python and MS SQL Server.
