Responsibilities Include:
* Implements and designs server, network, and software configurations for a cloud computing infrastructure and applications with a focus on DevOps principles.
* Monitors the performance of the system and is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology.
* Understands Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
* Management of cloud systems infrastructures, implementing best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications, configuration of physical and virtual systems, backup, and recovery of IT infrastructure.
* Works independently and mentors Junior and Journeyman cloud engineers.
* Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts and external project team members.
* Reports to OM&S Program Manager.

Clearance Required:
* Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
* Ability to apply cloud engineer methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
* Requires BS degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience.
* Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience.
* Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
