*Position Overview: *We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for designing and developing the front-end of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This role requires a blend of advanced front-end development skills and expertise in the latest trends in large language models (LLMs) and machine learning operations (MLOps).
*Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern technologies such as React, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+. * Experience with Azure platform, Azure functions, and Azure SQL. * Design and implement reusable component libraries, reducing development time. * Collaborate with Data Science or server-side developers. * Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. * Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technology degree or equivalent work experience. * 5+ years of experience in developing the user interface and user experience of web applications for North America projects/companies. * Strong track record of successfully executing complex projects and/or projects involving multiple disciplines. * Minimum of 4 years of Python experience. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Experience collaborating with senior managers to understand drivers of success and departmental goals. * Managed and supervised a team of at least one developer or software engineer. *Top Skills:* * React * Python * Django *Work Environment:* * Heavy collaboration with in-person and remote teams primarily between Omaha and Kansas City. * Brand new renovated building with a full Starbucks, full-service cafeteria, gym, and other amenities. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)*: Opportunity to work for a privately held Fortune 500 organization with a ton of learning and growth opportunities.
