Description: Great company in need of a technical communications change agent: Job Description This person will work for the Office of the CIO and will be responsible for support the Office of the CIO on strategic communications initiatives, supporting global IT communications. This includes developing and implementing internal, global communications plans and programs to help achieve critical business objectives including operational excellence and employee engagement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Write communications and change management plans and develop communications material for technical project deployments and issues management * Help develop strategy and execute communications tactics around priority initiatives within the IT organization (including cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, etc.), working with corporate communications, as needed, to implement * Manage the IT-specific news channels on our intranet, using the Social Chorus and SharePoint platforms * Manage routine IT communications, like the monthly My IT newsletter and strategic initiative one-pagers * Prepare presentation decks for Town Halls and other leadership meetings, as assigned * Help plan and execute the annual IT Leadership Conference, which happens annually in the Fall * Support internal social media Skills: communications management, corporate communications, technology communications, enterprise applications, writing skills, SaaS Applications, Application integration, digital marketing, Organizational Change Management, social media marketing, Project Management, Prosci Certified Top Skills Details: communications management,corporate communications,technology communications,enterprise applications,writing skills,SaaS Applications,Application integration Additional Skills & Qualifications: Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong reporting and interviewing skills, excellent writing and storytelling abilities * Experience developing and implementing strategic, integrated communications plans tied directly to business objectives * Ability to craft clear, concise communications for end users, using plain language * Strong collaboration and influencing skills * Active listening skills and willingness to hear and incorporate feedback * Outcome-focused with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Track record of successful change management w2 only About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
