Donor Recruitment Supervisor
Overview Supervises the recruitment of blood donors in a defined collection area. Assists with all Donor Recruitment activities in a specific geographic area. Accountable for attaining pre-set production goals each month, and for efficiency of drives. Responsibilities The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. Recruits, develops, organizes and manages blood drive accounts in assigned area
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: Valid driver's license and clear driving record. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
