Description Memorial Hospital Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred with the exception of candidates who are attending high school or dual enrollment in a LNA program and high school equivalency program. 2. License/Certifications: Active enrollment and participation in a State of New Hampshire approved LNA program which prepares the Apprentice to sit for the State of New Hampshire LNA Certification Exam. 3.
