About This Position:

The purpose of the Sales Analyst position is to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. The Sales Analyst will train to potentially become an Acura or Honda Sales Representative in the future. This position plays a key role in region sales operations and provides support for our dealer network, region management, corporate headquarters, and field staff.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Generating management reports, creating presentations, handling special projects, and conducting sales analysis.
  • Providing support to region management in all dealer meetings and region communication.
  • Training to potentially become an Acura or Honda Sales Representative and learn behind the scenes of our sales operations.
  • Complete assigned training (e.g. Product Knowledge Training, Allocation, Dealership Financial Statement Analysis, and Sales Training).
  • Support the Region Achieve New Acura & Honda Vehicle, Certified Pre-owned, and Market Share Objectives.
  • Support Regional team with Ownership Transfer Packages, New Dealer Packages, Dealer Relocation Packages, Open Point Packages and LOI Completion.



Minimum Educational Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.



Minimum Experience:



  • 0-2 years of work experience plus sales/customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in the retail/wholesale industry, preferably automotive.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis preferred.



Other Job-Specific Skills:



  • A passion for the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Position requires travel as well as possible nights and weekends.
  • Future relocation required.



Additional Position Factors:



  • On site workstyle.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
