Wages and Benefits

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour; Generous paid time off, plus 9 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays; competitive health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings account (HSA). There is employer paid basic life insurance with the option for additional coverage paid by the employee. The employer pays for Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and short- and long-term disability insurance. DARTS sponsors a retirement plan with a 3% employer match and immediate vesting.

A Typical Day in the Life...

A typical day as DARTS's Customer Relations Specialist provides an opportunity to ensure seniors receive exceptional care and support through administrative responsibilities and direct customer engagement. Responsibilities will include the following:



  • Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for clients.
  • Answering calls, responding to emails, and managing inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Providing information about services, guiding seniors through the intake process, and directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Scheduling and coordinating home cleaning, outdoor chores, and home repair services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing correspondence, while maintaining accurate records in the database, managing waitlists, and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaborating with service teams and providing follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and scheduling software.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work independently or collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with care.
  • You are highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • You demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • You demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting seniors and familiarity with non-profit environments.
