Overview

The Director of Pricing will lead the price-to-win (PTW), pricing strategy, and proposal pricing functions in support of Edgewater's continued growth.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Lead the recompete and new business pricing function for Edgewater through price-to-win analysis, pricing strategy development, and competitive and compliant cost/pricing proposals.
  • Work directly with the capture management team to provide financial bounds for Edgewater's technical/non-pricing response.
  • Work with the finance and operations teams to develop execution models for use post-award.
  • Lead ad hoc initiatives to build Edgewater's competitive intelligence and data for utilization across future bids.
  • Ensure compliance with Edgewater's Cost Estimating policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Pricing team.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with developing competitive price strategies and proposals for U.S. Federal Government agencies.
  • Experience developing competitive price strategies and proposals for all contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, hybrid, etc.).
  • Experience with supporting the full lifecycle of pricing to include price-to-win analysis, bid vs. execution models, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and compliant proposal pricing.
  • Experience in pricing for joint ventures.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions to include business development, capture managers, proposal manager, operations leads, and corporate executives.
  • Strong Excel skills to include financial modeling and what-if scenarios.
  • Ability to train and lead less senior pricing resources.
  • Ability to clearly present complex ideas and models to the executive team.

  • May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).

Salary: $130,000.00 - $195,000.00
