Job Description

We are currently hiring an Early Talent Senior Recruiter in Boston, MA, Hybrid*

The Senior Recruiter- Early Talent is the owner of the College & University Recruitment programs and

positions across BBC, while also managing the full cycle recruiting process for entry level roles. With a focus on the future, this role will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to convert high performing talent into full time roles. This person will report to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager.

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

What You'll Brew:

Develop creative recruitment and program management strategies that build a strong funnel of talent for COOP, Intern, and entry level roles across the company

Leverage creative sourcing techniques to help us find events to host or attend that also support

diversity recruiting strategies

Manage Internship and COOP programs to include communication, planning, sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, social events, professional development, and offboarding

Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other early talent partners

Collaborate with and influence business leaders, project managers, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition Recruiters to ensure participation in related events

Partner with Total Rewards and Senior leaders to plan staffing needs while influencing conversions of early talent program students

Drives the full cycle recruiting process with a focus on full-time, entry level hiring

Participate in recruiting and networking events on campus as required for target schools

Measure, monitor, and report on program activities, successes and adjust where needed

May support other recruiting team activities as assigned/needed

Comply with all employment laws/legal requirements

While partnering with hiring managers, they will understand business and staffing requirements, provide market analysis, manage the recruitment process, develop local sourcing strategies, and measure and monitor the quality & cycle time in the execution of the recruiting process, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of recruiting experience

Previous Campus/University recruiting and program management experience

Previous internal recruiting experience

Proven ability to organize and set priorities in a high-volume environment

Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders and hiring leaders

Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires

Experience with applicant tracking system(s), Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for university recruiting and dedication to creating a remarkable candidate experience

Bachelor's degree

CPG, Manufacturing, or Hospitality industry experience

Process improvement experience

Highly organized and disciplined individual to execute recruiting in a high volume setting to meet/exceed expectations

Must be able to build outstanding relationships w/ Hiring Managers while influencing them on best practices

Driven & proactive personality with strong organization skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Adaptable to new technology and recruiting tools

Self-motivated, confident and able to work effectively with little supervision; consistently takes initiative, takes action, and has a 'can do' attitude

Level: 6

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $61,200 - $109,200 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
