Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements.

• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations.

• Design and configure standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.

• Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end.

• Develop test scenarios and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements.

• Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds.

• Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience configuring SAP PTP (including sourcing, contracts, invoicing, payments etc.)

• Strong understanding of Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Contract Management, Purchase Requisition and Order management

• Strong understanding of Invoice Processing, Payment Processing (ACH, Checks and Wires) and invoice data exchange

• Strong understanding of integration with Finance processes

• Strong understanding of Material Master and Vendor Master

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred

• Prior experience of configuring Plants in SAP is preferred

• Prior experience with OpenText for vendor invoice management and OCR is preferred

Physical Demands

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
