THE JOB:

As a Credit Clerk, you will audit, review and analyze financial transactions to ensure that they are properly investigated for Suspicious Activity, Know Your Customer and reported across all lines of business, as well as look for possible money laundering and/or violations of Title 31 regulations. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Conduct and review investigations into potential money laundering, including analyzing and documenting findings.
• Provide information to the management team to help with customer due diligence (CDD) reports.
• Research public records to check customers' financial history and stability.
• Write detailed reports in response to management's questions.
• Use tools like Lexis Nexis and World Check to analyze customer data.
• Prepare materials for monthly compliance meetings related to property.
• Help prepare reports required by regulators, such as Suspicious Activity Reports.
• Review wire transfers and checks quickly to make sure they follow company rules regarding third-party transactions.

THE SCEHDULE: 5:00 PM to 1:45 AM - Tuesday/Wednesday OFF. (Schedules may change depending on business needs.)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years old.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Has at least 1 year of experience working in financial institutions such as a bank teller, underwriter, loan officer or other related field.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
