Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist I, you will:




  • Assess patients' occupational limitations and medical conditions using objective evaluation techniques.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment programs to restore patients to their maximum functional potential.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental and hospital systems for enhanced patient care.

What You'll Need:




  • Education: Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure & Certification:

    • Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners license.
    • Current AHA Health Care Provider CPR certification.


  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to different age groups.
    • Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and documenting data for clinical decision-making.
    • Ability to integrate knowledge and theory into clinical practice.


  • Experience: Successful completion of required clinical internships.
  • Technology: Competency in using treatment modalities, tools, and equipment relevant to the role.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.93 per hour - Maximum 59.32 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
