POSITION: Therapist I/II School Based Services

DEPARTMENT: Community Counseling (Hazelwood School District - St. Louis, MO)

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 Annually

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The robust Community Counseling Eastern, Missouri team is growing- again! Do you want to play a key role in helping students spend more time, learning in the classroom? If you want to help ensure a student's mental health is not a barrier to their academic achievement then we want you! A Therapist I/II School-Based is an individual who can be provisionally or fully licensed (LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) therapist with the State of Missouri. This individual is responsible for providing quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy aimed at meeting the integrated behavioral, social, psychological, emotional, and safety needs of elementary students that interfere with their academic success. The therapist's caseload of elementary students in the Parkway School District. This position works year-round as part of a collaborative support team, including the student's family and school staff. A hybrid of in-person and virtual sessions is used to meet referral needs. Mileage Reimbursement/Stipend is included in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must live in the St. Louis Metro Area. This position requires a master's degree and a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist (PLPC, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with the State of Missouri. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, have a high level of integrity, work well autonomously, and have excellent time management skills. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical and drug screening, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

BONUS: $2,500 ($1,000 Sign-On bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and $1,500 Retention Bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)
