Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Account Representative to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in all lines of business including service and installation solutions for new and/or existing customers through high activity prospecting current and future customers T&M Customers - convert T&M customers to services plans; use iCare to identify customers with high spend on T&M Work Orders and model options to save with a CSP. Execute renewals - monitor for ending CSPs and resell / renew; leverage QBR process if possible.
