General Description/Overall Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high level support for Private Banker(s) including:

Overall concierge client service, including contacting clients, receiving client calls, client research requests and problem resolution

Handle daily account maintenance tasks such as overdrafts, credits only and account transfer requests.

Serve as a main point of contact between client and relationship manager

Customer Service

Work closely with internal/external partners to ensure the client requests are completed in a timely manner.

Initiate domestic and international wire transfers

Onboarding for new clients

Perform administrative tasks such as submitting expense reports, making reservations, scanning and submitting documents

Lending Specific

Provide lending support to the relationship manager, duties include but are not limited to: processing loan requests on new or existing loans; prepare and review loan documentation; gather client information related to the loan request; process loan advances and payment requests

Submit loan information into loan origination system and monitor process through loan documentation and loan booking

Monitors upcoming loan maturities (request and collect underwriting information from clients)

Monitor/manage loan exceptions (credit and documentary), past dues and upcoming maturities

Perform loan maintenance - set up auto-debit, research, loan extensions, etc.

Skill & Qualifications

At least 7-10 years of banking experience, preferably in wealth management

Knowledge of consumer and commercial loans

Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The ability to handle several tasks simultaneously & efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Strong prioritization and time management skills
