We're hiring a Fair Lending Manager to join our Risk Compliance Team. Responsibilities Assist the CRA and Fair Lending Officer in managing the fair lending compliance efforts throughout the bank and ensure that the bank's fair lending program is risk-based and appropriate for the size and complexity of the bank. Complete periodic fair lending reviews, including ongoing comparative file reviews, marketing analysis, exceptions, and redlining reviews, ensure appropriate remediation occurs, and maintain adequate work papers to support findings Schedule, manage, and perform fair lending risk assessments to assess performance, risk, internal controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements Manage the fair lending data collection program which includes home mortgage and small business lending Monitor the bank's compliance with fair lending laws by utilizing analytical tools to analyze activities and identify risks Provide research and guidance on fair lending and regulatory questions impacting the bank's operations and performance Collaborate on process modifications to accommodate potential technology integrations Assist in coordinating audit and regulatory examinations, including advance preparation, follow-up on issues and observations, and develop written responses as needed Develop and maintain written policies/procedures needed for the fair lending program Review credit policies/procedures, loan operations and servicing processes, loan pricing, marketing strategies, new and modified lending products, business changes, and services performed by third-party vendors to proactively identify any fair lending issues Keep current with regulatory changes, supervisory guidance, and industry concerns related to fair and responsible banking Participate in special projects and assist with internal compliance training as needed Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent training/experience 3-5+ years' regulatory compliance or audit experience in bank financial services, with a thorough working knowledge of consumer compliance regulations Understanding and knowledge of bank consumer and commercial loan products; and the Fair Lending laws (Community Reinvestment Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Housing Act, and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently Proficiency with PC applications, including MS Office Wage Range: The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 Benefits Overview: Univest offer's a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
