Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking an IT Software Engineering Team Leader in Green Bay to provide day-to-day leadership of solution delivery and team members. This job has a high degree of collaboration with other business and Tech teams. Responsibilities: Manage the team that supports the Solution Delivery. Manage and measure the contracted vendors Responsible for defining, documenting, monitoring and analyzing IT processes within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. Determine, analyze and formulate current practices, user needs and workflow processes, issues and potential solutions Assist in resolving difficult and complex support problems. Create and sustain a high-performance environment through leadership processes and actions. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading solution delivery teams for Transportation and Logistics Businesses. Ability to work on-call in a team rotation.
