Education:

Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required

Professional Experience

2+ years of professional experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC); wine and spirits preferred

Practical/Technical Knowledge

Project management experience and skills including goal-setting and forward- planning

Understanding of data & analytics: Ability to apply knowledge and direct application of data & analytics

Collaboration skills with the opportunity to better develop them in a matrix organization

Digital Marketing expertise and experience is a plus
