Test lead with Facets & Healthcare experience
Locations: Owings Mills, MD (Onsite)

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MS or equivalent experience.
* Strong expertise in HealthCare Payer Business and Facets
* Hands-on experience in Automation tools like selenium, Test complete, coded UI
* Hands on experience on developing /implementing Automation framework.
* Also should assist trouble shoot the development of automation framework & Standards
* API Testing and Automation experience
* Exposure to advanced agile techniques like ATDD, BDD, Continuous integration& CD, Devops etc.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Participate in Business and Functional Requirements review meetings, contribute in solution design based on the expertise in HealthCare domain, FACETS and HC Applications landscape
* Identify the scope of Automation and build Automation scripts using the Unified Automation framework Selenium, Test Complete, and Python.
* Enable Digital Assurance solutions such as Scriptless Automation (SmartBear Test Complete), Continuous Testing and BDD solutions
* Technological execution of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams
* Conduct Enterprise level End to End Testing coordinating with various application owners & vendors.
* Present Daily Status Reports / Weekly Status Reports, Key Metrics to the Client Management on regular basis

Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477/- to $ 92,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
