The Staff Master Data Maintainer, working under general supervision, is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the SAP PM Asset registry for the business unit through the collection and entry of functional locations and equipment data. The role involves precise record-keeping of material quantities, providing suggestions for material master data maintenance, and processing material transfers. The role actively participates in projects supporting standardized processes and policies, manages equipment, materials, and supplies, and prepares inventory reports. The role collaborates in change efforts, develops influential relationships, and contributes to collaborative, goal-oriented team efforts. The role also involves actively participating in change efforts, establishing influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections, and contributing to a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment.

* Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the SAP PM Asset registry for the business unit by collecting and entering functional locations and equipment data in compliance with maintenance and COPAS rules.
* Maintains precise record-keeping of material quantities and descriptions, to ensure effective inventory management.
* Provides suggestions and reports to assist in the maintenance of material master data, including cleaning up, merging duplicate records, and obsoleting records, among others.
* Processes material transfers and notifying relevant stakeholders, conducting self-regulated data audits, and monitoring the data quality dashboard for timely issue corrections.
* Participates in projects supporting standardized processes, policies, roles, and technologies for technical information in business units.
* Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, and supplies, adhering to inventory tracking procedures, while also analyzing inventory levels and coordinating with production and sales requirements for optimal stock management.
* Prepares periodic and special inventory reports, requisitions articles, and ensures compliance with inventory procedures.
* Works under general supervision, actively participates in change efforts, and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections.
* Develops an understanding of master data maintenance, recommends modifications, and communicates effectively, sharing knowledge and actively identifying opportunities for data quality improvement.
* Evaluates and recommends master data maintenance solutions, assesses discipline-specific risks, and demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete assignments, contributing to collaborative, goal-oriented team efforts.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.

Experience:
* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Master Data Maintenance, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, System Integration or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
