Overview:
We are seeking a E-Billing Supervisor to join our growing finance department to manage and supervise the e-billing analysts and oversee the set up and compliance with the e-billing client's specifications and requirements. Collaborate with the whole billing team to ensure timely submission of invoice and coordinate invoice rejections and/or appeals with attorneys.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Oversee all aspects of the electronic billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Develop and maintain client-specific e-billing guidelines and protocols.
* Proactively identify and resolve e-billing issues and discrepancies.
* Train and support internal teams on e-billing platforms and processes.
* Manage relationships with external e-billing vendors and clients.
* Review invoices for compliance with client guidelines and regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
* Load/manage OCG's in Terms/3E.
* Help manager with yearly budgeting process.
* Work with pricing manger to submit yearly rate increases.
* Determine team responsibilities and schedules. Review and approve PTO requests and ensure ample coverage in the e-billing area.
* Monitor rejected invoices in the e-billing systems and work with the e-billing analyst to get them corrected.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Candidates must have legal industry experience,1-2 years of supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Post high school training in accounting or general finance area, supervisory experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Knowledge of Elite 3E and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $75,000 - $100,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
