Description

Primary Purpose:
To ensure our facilities are safe and in good condition for our employees and customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in facility related building repairs in the Market. This will include the ability trouble shot and
perform minor repairs to HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and mechanical.

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in
the job)

Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC required.



  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Works cooperatively with others and a team player
  • Uses company van and tools to perform maintenance at multiple locations.
  • Able to use phone and company laptop or tablet to answer emails and work order system.
  • Ability to use and lift ladders (50 pounds) and climb ladders to access roofs.
  • Will be responsible for PMs on HVAC and other related items.
  • Works with contractors doing work at the facilities with branch communication and access.
  • Will be responsibly to complete assigned training and safety classes as directed.
