Job Description:

Rite-Hite Service Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assists customers and sales personnel who call in to request service and schedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work. In addition, this position is responsible for ordering parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation, ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a field service environment is preferred.In addition, the Service Coordinator must have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.90 to $34.35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 52 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Washington
