Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open. Why Intern with the USTA? We are a passionate team of staff and volunteers focused on growing the sport of tennis and making it accessible to all. The RoleThis is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th. Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTHybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office. Hourly rate: $20.00Our Customer Care department is committed to delivering outstanding support to our customers. We provide a range of self-help resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides on our website, and our dedicated team is available via chat, phone, and email to assist with any inquiries. We continually analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience. As a Customer Care Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in customer support and problem-solving while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, assisting with customer inquiries and supporting the development of resources that improve service quality.
Assist with responding to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing timely and accurate support.
