Reporting Relationships
Position Reports To: Owner or General Manager Subordinate Staff: Dining Room Employees Basic Functions: To direct and supervise the daily operations of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction. Train and guide staff to build food and beverage sales that meet or exceed budgeted guidelines. Promote excellent service by providing training and education to employees.
