Learn more at eLakeviewCenter.org. Overview The position of Access Manager is an integral part of the Business Practice Team. This position's primary responsibilities are the management and supervision of the Admission Coordinators and Admission Coordinator Team Lead to support and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment where we serve a wide variety of patients. This position duties include management of providers schedules, effective decision-making skills to resolve problems, managing no-shows to support providers productivity through schedule management and supporting quality customer services. This position is expected to maintain a working knowledge of front desk processes, ensure all daily task are completed timely, support the needs of the professional staff and ensure quality customer service. This position must keep up with agency changes to ensure that changes are effectively implemented to maintain compliance with Federal, State, Contractual and agency regulations. This position working closely with the Business Practice Director and the Business Practice Access Supervisor will manage request for emergency appointments from staff and outside professional staff as needed. This position is responsible for interviewing, hiring and the training for Access Area Teams. Assignments/tasks are expected to be executed with considerable independence and maintain compliance with established facility policies and procedures, contract requirements, organization bylaws, and federal and state regulations/laws. Requirements * Associate (AA) degree within area of position responsibility with four (4) years relevant medical business office experience.
