Responsibilities: Customer Service expert, comfortable reaching out to all levels of client staff. partnering attitude with the ability to build strong professional relationships, friendly and approachable. Multitasking and pivoting without notice. Team Lead Tasks: * Oversee the day-to-day mail and copy operations * Associates follow their set schedules, and their time is correct * Approve time off * Ensure the associates follow the set processes * Communicate concerns to TMG leadership * Ability to coach and train and have difficult associate conversations Data entry: * Collect and enter daily volumes on Excel spreadsheets * Review daily logs for any missed or incorrect data * Ensure all necessary information is accounted for * Use tracking system for both inbound & outbound packages (Brynka) * Complete daily audit logs (Start / End of Shifts) * Upload daily reporting to the shared files Mail/Copy Dispositioning: * Use the provided verbiage to communicate with client associates for mail and copy disposition. * Electronically & physically deliver daily mail / packages Outbound Mail: * Using Stamps.com, print stamps and apply to outbound USPS mail * Create FedEx labels when needed * Print and upload package outbound report * Partner with FedEx for afternoon pickups Office Supplies, Equipment Maintenance, & Additional Services: * Communicate monthly supply needs within the expected time * Ensure all copy equipment is operational and place service calls when needed * Oversee all copy nooks to ensure they are stock with the client requested supplies (Copy Paper, Mailing Envelopes, and FedEx Supplies) * Ensure all shred bins are empties bi-weekly or as needed * Greet Shred vendor to swap out full shred totes * Any other office support that is requested Strong Skills- Outlook, Excel, Research, communication (written and verbal) Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 1-2 years of customer service and shipping/receiving related experience preferred Basic mathematical skills1-3 years' experience with Microsoft software Handle multiple projects on time Ability to work individually and in a team environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Keyboarding and Windows environment and PC skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
