Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Women's Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.

• Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
• Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
• Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
• Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
• Medical Terminology Courses
• One (1) year related experience

Preferred Job Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field of study.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role or call center environment
