Description General Position Overview The marketing manager will drive product strategy and market growth for fire & EMS emergency vehicle lighting, sirens, speakers and control systems, and off-road vehicle lighting. This role involves developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels, ensuring they are on-brand and within budget. The marketing manager will have a well-rounded expertise in branding, digital, social media and other marketing disciplines. This position will have a good knowledge of marketing tools and systems such as CRM, CMS, analytics, asset management and other pertinent marketing tools to optimize marketing operations. Essential Job Functions Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to enhance market penetration and growth Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email and traditional marketing Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive online engagement and lead generation. Including SEO, SEM, PPC strategies, social media and more Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform future strategies Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency Strengthen brand positioning and awareness in the market Collaborate with the events team to drive brand awareness and promote products at industry trade shows, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience engagement Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences Translate complex technical product features into clear, customer-friendly benefits Collaborate with the Training Team to provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape Budget management Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 5+ years of marketing experience required; in a manufacturing environment is a plus Experience with marketing platforms - Hootsuite, Bynder, and Salesforce is desired Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is beneficial Extensive experience in B2B marketing High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong communication skills - effective communicator both digitally, verbally and in presentations Strong writing skills Knowledgeable on principles and techniques of marketing strategies Proficiency in creating and analyzing data Budget and cost analysis experience Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing platforms Highly organized with excellent project management skills Experience running large scope projects with cross-functional teams to successfully drive marketing initiatives Experience in the fire, EMS and/or off-road vehicle industry is a plus Able to perform the job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness Working Conditions Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment - hybrid or remote work is possible Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Some level of domestic travel may be required Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours |
