Position Summary The Diversity and Inclusion Programs Coordinator supports the Office of Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion (OEDI) at Chicago Medical School (CMS) by developing, coordinating, and executing grant-funded programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role involves managing CMS Diversity and Outreach programs, providing administrative and logistical support and fostering connections between CMS and external partners. The Coordinator ensures programs align with institutional goals and supports OEDI faculty and staff in advancing excellence, equity and inclusion within the CMS community. Key responsibilities include program execution, grant management, and operational support to drive impactful diversity and inclusion efforts. Work Schedule Expectations: This role requires on-campus presence at least 50% of the workweek to effectively support faculty, students, and program operations. Additionally, the position involves attendance at events and activities that may be scheduled on Saturdays. Flexibility and availability during these times are essential to meet the needs of the role. Note: compensation is based on skills and experiences.
