Our client, a high-profile national law firm, is looking for an experienced Paralegal with strong Insurance Defense experience to join a very established team. This role will work hand-in-hand with several attorneys assisting in complex insurance cases. The practice areas are very interesting and will require strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple attorneys and have clear and effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate to join this firm will possess a minimum of five years' experience providing comprehensive assistance to the team in all aspects of insurance defense, including subrogation, coverage disputes and other matters, drafting timelines, reports and other detailed documentation for trial preparation, scheduling depositions and other relative meetings/events, assist attorneys manage their cases by conducting fact finding, compiling all relevant documents and maintenance of files, databases, contacts, responsible for submitting and filing all documents during the course of litigation, and assist attorneys in trials. Additional responsibilities include attending client and witness meetings, preparing records, reviewing and organizing productions.

Must have in-depth knowledge of subrogation and coverage dispute processes and practical experience in these areas is highly essential. Excellent communication, both written and verbal are mandatory in order to accurately convey complex information.

Previous Litigation experience required, and Bachelor's degree preferred.
